Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Trailblazing Element brand makes European debut next to Frankfurt International Airport

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., owners and operators of the innovative Element hotel brand throughout Europe, have recently opened their first hotel adjacent to Frankfurt International Airport, currently the subject busiest airport in mainland Europe.

To be titled the Element Frankfurt Airport hotel, the new opening, the first Element hotel outside North America, will feature the brand’s trademark bright, modern design and green-minded sensibilities.

Ideal for the business traveller the Element Frankfurt Airport hotel is conveniently situated in the very heart of Gateway Gardens, Frankfurt’s most modern and active business district within easy reach of the global headquarters of some of West Germany’s leading companies, including Lufthansa, Condor and DB Schenker.

The Element Frankfurt Airport hotel offers its guests a choice of 133 spacious and airy rooms, either extended stay studios or one-bedroom suites. Each of the rooms comes with the latest designs in modular furniture, including large desks with open shelving and custom-designed closets, and signature Heavenly Beds to ensure that the guests enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep or simply sit back and enjoy the integral flat screen televisions which will allow visitors to keep track of the news watch the latest movie.

For those who prefer not to dine out every room in the hotel has its own fully equipped energy-efficient kitchen, as well as spa-inspired bathrooms including invigorating rain showers.

The hotel also hosts Limones, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, which serves regional Spanish cuisine from 7am until midnight, with a choice of a healthy breakfast, shared buffet lunches featuring tapas-style dishes, as well as an a la carte menu for those who wish to die in the evening.

The Element Frankfurt Airport is Starwood’s fifth hotel in Frankfurt, alongside the Le Meridien Parkhotel Frankfurt, The Westin Grand Frankfurt, Sheraton Frankfurt Congress Hotel and the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center.
