Air China released details of their latest First- and Business-Class meal options for their Paris Routes

Air China continues to expand on their international scene by announcing that they have added the choice of a number of French cuisine gourmet meals to their in-flight dining menus on international flights between China and France.

The menu has been created as a result of a partnership recently formed between Air China and internationally renowned Paris-based Sky Chefs Studio who have created a number of new dishes for the menu.

These include steak with sliced duck, garlic-flavored prawns, Pate de Foie Gras served with pine nuts, and Columbus chicken roll.

At the same time Air China has also announced that they have considerably upgraded their economy-class menu for these flights which will now incorporate locally sourced French ingredients such as steak and fish.

Air China remains the largest Chinese operator of flights to and from Paris into China’s leading international airports with a total of 24 flights a week currently in operation.
